Teluminate is an Appitome Inc. company. This website and the Teluminate service are operated by Appitome Inc. ("Teluminate," "Appitome," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you disagree with its terms, please stop using the site.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, work email, company name, and approximate monthly call volume, submitted through the form on this site.
- Usage data. Collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL.
- Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to record usage such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. You can disable cookies in your browser and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
This site does not collect phone numbers and does not enroll anyone in text messaging.
2. Customer call data
The Teluminate product measures telephone calls placed to our customers' businesses. That call data belongs to the customer, not to us. When you are a caller to a Teluminate customer, we handle recordings, transcripts and related records as a processor acting on that customer's instructions under a written agreement, and the customer's own privacy notice and recording disclosures govern the call. Where recording is used, disclosure is made at the start of the call as required by law.
We use call data to deliver and improve the service for the customer whose calls they are. We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer's call content to serve another.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and talk with you about the product.
- To send product updates and announcements you asked for. You can opt out at any time.
- To improve the site and the service, and to understand how the site is used.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the site and the business, such as form handling, email and analytics vendors, under confidentiality terms and only for that purpose.
- Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by law, court order or a governmental authority.
- Business transfers, where information moves to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. Advertising and measurement platforms
Where a Teluminate customer instructs us to, the service sends conversion events derived from that customer's own calls back to advertising and analytics platforms such as Google, Meta and the customer's CRM. Those events carry outcome and value data for the customer's calls. Nothing on this marketing site is shared with those platforms beyond standard Google Analytics measurement.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Customer call data is retained on the schedule set in that customer's agreement. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
- Port your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@appitome.com. If your request concerns a call you made to a Teluminate customer, contact that business directly, and we will support them in responding.
9. Third-party links
This site links to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content, and we encourage you to read their policies.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.

Cookies and your choices
We set a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. When you first arrive, a banner asks; nothing non-essential is written before you answer, and declining is as easy as accepting.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you accept, Google Analytics receives no cookies and no identifiers, only an anonymous count that cannot be tied back to you. If you accept and later change your mind, use cookie settings to withdraw, and the analytics cookies already on your device will be cleared.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline automatically and do not show you the banner. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
