About Teluminate

Teluminate is built by Appitome Inc. We started in voice AI, building agents that could answer a business phone: book the job, handle the after-hours call, catch the overflow a busy desk lets ring out.

The technology worked. The surprise was what we found when we tried to deploy it well. Before you can hand any part of your phone line to an agent, you have to know what actually happens on it: which channels make the phone ring, what callers ask for, what a booked call is worth, and where the misses pile up. Almost none of the businesses we worked with could answer those questions. Not because they didn't care, but because nothing in their stack was listening.

Their click-side analytics were immaculate. The phone, the channel that closed the most revenue, was a blind spot. Launching automation on top of a blind spot is how you automate the wrong thing.

So we built the intelligence layer first

We stopped and built the measurement layer we kept wishing our customers had: every call recorded, transcribed and read, tied to the ad, keyword or listing that caused it and to the revenue that closed. That layer turned out to be valuable on its own, whether or not an agent ever picks up a call. It became Teluminate.

The order still shapes how we think the phone channel should be run: measure it, learn from it, and only then automate it. That is why the voice agent is the last, optional layer of the product and not the first.

Who we are

Appitome Inc. builds voice and conversation-intelligence products for businesses that live on the phone. Teluminate is led by founder Matt Archer. We are a small team, and in the early cohort you work with the people building the product.
