Make conversational intelligence
your competitive advantage
The phone line is your best converting channel and the least analyzed. Teluminate brings the conversational intelligence once reserved for the largest companies to businesses like yours. If the phone drives more than 10% of your business, we'd like to show you what it's worth.
Not sure where you stand? Six questions, two minutes: score your phone channel.

We record and transcribe every call, then tie it to the ad, keyword or listing that caused it, answered or not.
We read intent, questions and objections out of each transcript and attach the booked value to the call.
A voice agent answers the calls you choose: overflow, after hours or all of them, measured on the same dashboard.

Take the phone channel to the next level
Built for businesses that book work over the phone and have grown past one person taking every call. When sales, service and dispatch each run their own desk, your team has more conversations every day than anyone can listen to. Teluminate listens to all of them.
Unlock your best business intelligence already embedded in your most difficult conversations
Your CRM logs the outcome, won or lost. It never captures the reason. The reason was stated on the call: what the caller asked for, what they objected to, what made them book or walk. Teluminate unlocks it.
Why customers buy, in their own words
Every call carries the questions, objections and deciding moments that close or kill a job. Your customers say it out loud every day. Measure and analyze those details.
Which ads made the phone ring
Callers never say "I found you on Google Ads." Teluminate links your ad spend to your booked revenue through the call record.
Illustrative example.
Measure the missing demand
Missed calls, hang-ups and after-hours voicemails are customers you paid to generate. Teluminate counts them and prices them.
Enterprise conversational intelligence, finally priced for the rest of us
Conversational intelligence isn't new. Enterprise revenue teams have paid for it for a decade, at hundreds of dollars per seat on annual contracts, with a services team to run it. What's new is that AI can transcribe, read and score every call for pennies. Teluminate packages that for businesses that run on the phone: every call recorded, understood and tied to revenue, in a dashboard your team actually opens.
One set of calls. Three leaders get answers.
Every recorded call gets read once and answers three different questions: where should the next ad dollar go, what is working on the phone, and what never got answered at all.

Tapping into real customer questions, feedback and critiques is such a game changer for growing businesses. Those companies that really listen to their customers and prospects have a huge advantage in the marketplace.
Founding customers
Teluminate is new. We are building it with our first customers.
The founding cohort works directly with the team that builds the product. Your questions go to the people who can answer them, and what you need next shapes what gets built next.

One rate covers everything: recording, transcription, scoring, dashboards and unlimited seats. Billed on talk time, rounded up to the next minute, with a $199 monthly minimum. At 800 calls a month averaging four minutes, that comes to about $304 month to month, or $256 on an annual contract.
Ready to see what your phone channel is worth?
Tell us your call volume and we send an estimate within one business day. Setup takes about a day and your existing numbers keep working. Within your first 30 days you get your channels ranked two ways: by the leads your reports count today, and by the calls and booked jobs your tracking numbers recorded. The difference is the revenue your reporting can't see.

Common questions
One snippet on your site and a tracking number per channel. No porting, no new phone system, and your existing numbers keep working exactly as they do today.
Setup takes about a day. From there it depends on your call volume: expect meaningful patterns once roughly 100 to 200 calls have been tracked. Every call shows up in the dashboard as it happens; the conclusions get solid as the sample grows.
Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 on the marketing side; Attio, HubSpot and Salesforce on the CRM side. Two integrations are included with setup, and additional integrations are $99 each.
No. Your main business number stays on your website and your Google Business Profile exactly as it is today. Tracking numbers are assigned to paid channels, like your Google Ads number or your Meta number, not to the public listings where name, address and phone consistency matters.
A modeled value goes out the day of the call so bidding gets signal fast; when the invoice closes, the booked amount restates it under the same ID in Google, Meta, GA4 and your CRM. Never two conversions for one call.
Consent is built in. Every call opens with a recording disclosure, caller identifiers are hashed before storage, and the cookie and consent settings on your site stay exactly as they are.
No. Automation is the last layer and is priced separately while in preview. We recommend switching it on only after the layers beneath have priced the leak, so you can prove what it recovered.
