What your first 30 days look like
The channel analysis every account gets
Illustrative example
Every account starts the same way. We put a tracking number on each channel, let calls come in for 30 days, then rank your channels twice: once by the leads your reports count today (form fills and click conversions), and once by the calls and booked jobs the tracking numbers recorded. The gap between the two lists is the money your reporting can't see. Here is what that looks like, with invented numbers standing in for yours.
Your channels, ranked two ways
| Channel | Rank by form fills | Rank by booked phone revenue | Move | What the calls showed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Local Services | #6 | #1 | ▲ 5 | Few form fills, but callers were ready to book |
| Google Business Profile | #4 | #2 | ▲ 2 | High-intent calls that never touch the website |
| Paid search (brand) | #1 | #3 | ▼ 2 | Strong, but smaller than the dashboard implied |
| Paid search (non-brand) | #2 | #5 | ▼ 3 | Clicks convert to forms, forms rarely become jobs |
| Meta ads | #3 | #6 | ▼ 3 | Cheap leads, low booking rate on the phone |
| Print & radio | — | #4 | ▲ new | Invisible to analytics; the tracked line said otherwise |
Ranks and notes are invented to show the format. Yours are built from your own channels and calls.
What callers actually asked
Attribution is only half the analysis. The same calls get mined for what was said in them: the questions callers open with, the objections that stall a booking, and the asks nobody follows up on. Here is the shape of that section, again with invented numbers.
| Top questions from calls | Share of calls | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| "How soon can someone come out?" | 18% | Speed beats price in these calls; scripts should lead with availability |
| "What does a replacement cost versus a repair?" | 14% | A pricing page answer that never makes it into the ads |
| "Do you offer financing?" | 9% | Asked constantly, mentioned nowhere on the website |
| "Are you licensed and insured?" | 6% | A trust question a landing page could answer before the call |
| "Can you match the quote I already have?" | 4% | Competitor shoppers, worth a defined playbook instead of improvising |
Your version ranks the real questions from your own calls, with links to the recordings behind each one.
What else comes with it
Alongside the table you get the booked phone revenue your reports currently miss and the three channels most likely underfunded based on the re-ranking. From there the dashboard keeps scoring every call, so the ranking updates as your spend moves.
Setup takes about a day and your existing numbers keep working. Pricing is the same per-minute rate published on our pricing section, month to month.
